Core assets and their services will be monitored for their availability to ensure up-time. This is used primarily by our 24/7 staff to detect abnormalities within a customers system.

Up-time Maximization - After the asset discovery scan has been completed, Shatter can monitor an assets availability, to ensure that the customer’s systems are up and running in the way that they should be, and that down-time is avoided.

 

Continuous Monitoring - Availability monitoring provides visibility into the traffic patterns of the customers, allowing quick detection of abnormal activity levels.

 

Shatter notifies the customer of any down assets on your network that you are not planning for.
