CHANNEL PARTNER PROGRAM

The Channel Partner Program essentially allows you to offer high-demand cybersecurity services to your customers to meet their regulatory and data protection needs. This program will enable our partners to offer a new product to your customer to help improve the service offerings and scope of your business.

Shatter monitors the Channel Partner customers' environment, and produces reports as we would for a customer of our own.

The only difference being that the Channel Partner will be responsible for the customer service.

Any vulnerabilities will be escalated to the partner, who will notify the customer of the cybersecurity notification or event in question. Any reports generated will be sent to the partner, who will send the report on to the customer at their discretion.
